How to Adapt Your Marketing Throughout the Coronavirus

It has been roughly a month today because the Coronavirus began to reverse our lives upside down.

From having to practice social distancing and getting used to life without the outdoors to washing our hands and wearing masks and seeing loved ones and friends getting sick, the Coronavirus is something none of us anticipated.

Our businesses are suffering. Just examine the Coronavirus advertising stats I discussed a couple of weeks ago.

It's why I chose to change Ubersuggest and make it more free to help small businesses out.

Since that time, a great deal has changed, and there are new opportunities that have come around when it comes to your own internet business and marketing actions.

Opportunity #1: Help others selflessly

My ad agency has tens of thousands of customers around the world. We dropped a ton, but we still have enough to see trends in what's happening.

As soon as I saw companies starting to lose a great deal of cash, I decided to provide more of Ubersuggest's premium features for free.

Take a look at the image below... you will notice something interesting.

The graph breaks down how many free-trial signups Ubersuggest has received throughout the last month.

Remember, new clients signifies free trials... a huge portion of free-trial users will not convert into paying clients but nevertheless, the more trials you obtain in concept, the more paid clients you will gradually get.

As you can see, the chart is declining. That's because I opened more of Ubersuggest's paid attributes and made them totally free.

What is interesting is you (along with other community members) helped support me.

The moment I blogged about more attributes being opened for free, a lot of you decided to buy a paid subscription.

I received dozens of emails from the marketing community thanking me, and I want to know that they appreciate everything I was doing, AND they bought a paid plan to help out me.

Now granted; generally signups are down, but that's what happens when you choose to give away more for free. I didn't do it because I am trying to leverage Coronavirus or seem good; rather, I am just trying to help folks out just like I've been fortunate enough to have had folks help me out during my times of need.

But this is what's interesting... my visitors started to go up on Ubersuggest the minute I informed everyone that I'm giving away more at no cost.
